Plymouth Activity & Peer Support Group

Come along and join us for coffe, cake or event a lunchtime snack at our regular spot. We are here unless we have planned an activity to do as a group. 

Our peer support group and to be an activity support group and take part in activities arounf the city (or close) 

if you are a first time attendee to our group, please check in with us to double check our location for that week. 

This group is free to attend, but a donation is welcome. please book tickets so that we are aware if you will be attending (and make sure we have a big enough table)
